Frequently asked questions
- How often is visa information updated?
- The data is rebuilt every week. When you are online, the app downloads the new package in the background automatically; you don't need to do anything.
- Something looks wrong
- Tell us your passport, the destination and the source of the correct information (a link to the official page) and we will review and fix it.
- How do I get Premium on a new phone?
- Sign in with the same store account and tap "Restore purchase" on the Premium screen.
- Where is my information stored?
- Only on your phone. There is no account; your passport and plans are never sent to us.
