In short

Pasaportum does not ask you to create an account. What you enter is stored only on your phone; we at Kibar Lab do not see it, keep it on a server, share it or sell it.

Information kept on your phone

Your selected passport(s), trip plans (countries and dates), the visas and residence permits you hold, and your display settings are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. They are never sent to us.

Deleting the app removes all of this from your phone. If your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google backup) is turned on, app data may be included in that backup; it belongs to your account and we have no access to it.

Requests to our server

To keep visa information up to date, the app occasionally downloads an update package from our server (hosted on Cloudflare). This request contains no identity, passport, plan or other personal information; everyone downloads the same file.

As with any internet request, your IP address technically reaches the server during the connection. We do not log these requests or link them to anyone; Cloudflare may keep short-lived technical logs for infrastructure security.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and ad interactions. This data is handled by Google: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form (UMP) asks for your permission for personalized ads before any ad is shown; you can change your choice in the app's settings.

On iPhone and iPad, the app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the advertising identifier. If you decline, your advertising ID is not shared and ads are shown without personalization.

Ads are not shown once you purchase Premium.

Purchases

Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details; the app only verifies with the store that the purchase is valid. If you change phones, use "Restore purchase" to get Premium back.

About visa information

Visa, length-of-stay and travel information in the app is for informational purposes only. It is compiled from public sources (Wikipedia and official websites) and cross-checked automatically; rules can change without notice and information may be incomplete or wrong.

Before you travel, confirm with official sources of the destination country (embassy, consulate, official e-visa website) and your airline. This is not legal advice; entry is always decided by border officials.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deleting your information

Because your information exists only on your phone, deleting the app deletes all of it; we have no records to delete. For advertising data, use your Google account's ad settings or your phone's advertising ID settings.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
